卡特泵喷嘴试验台主机传动采用变频无级调速;集喷变频调速设备的完善技术和新型电喷单体泵 中压共轨(HEUI)泵喷嘴测试与高压共轨油泵喷油器检测的结合,实现电控油泵油嘴的检测。通过设备控制系统控工作 用户可以设定控制参数,该系统试验台模拟ECU输出燃油喷射控制信号,驱动共轨高压共轨油泵和高压共轨喷油器及电控单体泵 中压共轨(EUI HEUI)协同工作,以达到检测高压共轨油泵和共轨喷油器及单体泵 中压共轨油泵油嘴的测试目的。
